These terms govern your use of The Rust Shop (ABN 98 851 166 139) and purchases made through therustshop.com.au.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Stock is subject to availability.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. See our Returns Policy.

Dangerous goods

Many products are classified as dangerous goods (flammable). You agree to use them strictly per the manufacturer's instructions and Safety Data Sheet, and to provide a compliant delivery address (no PO boxes / air-only addresses for flammable items).

Results depend on correct surface preparation and application per manufacturer instructions. Product information is provided as a guide and does not guarantee a specific outcome.
