Available shipping options and locations are displayed at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping, please select this option. Click and collect options are also available if you are near our locations.
We ship Australia-wide – If a shipping option has not been confirmed during checkout, we will contact you to arrange shipping options after sale.
We endeavour to dispatch products within 24 hours during business hours. Due to supply and demand, public holidays, our dispatch times may vary, please contact us to confirm your estimated delivery.

If you are not happy with your WICS product it may be returned to us provided it meets the following criteria:
- It is in a resalable condition (e.g – in the same condition in which you received it with no damage, it’s still sealed and in the box or packaging)
- It is within 10 days of receiving the product
- It was purchased from this website
- We have been notified of the return beforehand and provided you with a return address
- Once we have received the product we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee if it meets the above criteria.
