Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery — no returns after 30 days. Items must be unused, unopened and in original sealed packaging with proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are refunded less original and return shipping; a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened-but-unused non-DG items.

Dangerous Goods (flammables)

For safety and freight-regulation reasons, opened dangerous goods cannot be returned for change of mind. Unopened DG items may be returned within 30 days and must be shipped back via a compliant DG carrier — we'll advise the correct method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described or fails to do what it should, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We cover return freight on confirmed faulty or incorrect items. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

How to Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue a Return Authorisation and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not exclude, the consumer guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
